Why I Started This Blog After 10 Years in Europe

Reflections on career, growth, and life after a decade in Europe.

It has now been more than ten years since I first left Turkey and moved to Europe. During this time, I studied, worked in different environments, lived in different countries, and experienced many changes both professionally and personally.

Those years were not only about building a career or adapting to a new place. They were also about facing challenges, growing as a person, learning from mistakes, and discovering how much we can change over time.

Over the years, I often shared my experiences with friends, colleagues, and people around me. Many of them told me that hearing real experiences can be surprisingly helpful, sometimes even more helpful than advice.

That realization is one of the reasons why I decided to start this blog.

Here I will share thoughts and experiences about career, leadership, personal growth, and the lessons that come from everyday life.

Some posts will reflect on building a career. Others will focus on leadership lessons I am learning. Sometimes I will write about personal experiences that shape how we see life and work.

This blog is simply a space to share experiences, reflections, and lessons that come from life, work, and the journey in between.

If you have had similar experiences or thoughts, feel free to share them.

And this is where the journey begins.
